What is a Doula?
A Doula is trained to provide emotional support to pregnant,
laboring, and postpartum mothers.

Antenatal Doula
An antenatal Doula is trained to provide companionship, resources,
and emotional support for pregnant women, especially when in need
of in-home assistance.

Birthing Doula
A Birthing Doula is trained to provide emotional and labor support
during the process of childbirth, freeing fathers and other partners
to participate emotionally with a mother in labor.

Postpartum Doula
A Postpartum Doula is trained to provide in-home support for
postpartum mothers, including breastfeeding support, education,
and troubleshooting.
